At Dwyers Electrical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home appliances and hardware. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Shipping the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection for larger appliances.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
