We offer standard and express shipping across the country. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery arrives within 1-2 business days. Large appliances may require specialized two-man delivery which can take up to 7 business days.

Do you provide installation services for major appliances?

Yes, we offer professional installation services for integrated and freestanding appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, and electric cookers. You can add this service to your cart during the checkout process.

What is your return policy for faulty or unwanted items?

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. If an item is faulty, please contact our support team immediately to arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund under the manufacturer's warranty.

Are all products sold at Dwyers Electrical covered by a warranty?

Every product we sell comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Many of our premium brands offer extended warranties of 2 to 5 years upon registration of the product on their official website.
